Looking at shots like this, I can't help but think how much "Safer" the cars of today are, which led to the stupidity of today's drivers.
Although I'm sure the guy in the last shot is suffering home after 5 martinis.

I really don't like posting pictures I don't own, but every now and then you gotta do some things you don't like.
I happened across a mother load of great old photos from someone else's life & from time to time I may post some here.

Subconsciously

It seems, my Christmas wish is to have good television come back in to my life.
You know, a gymnasium of sorts.
A place to exercise my "Suspension of disbelief."
Reality shows?
I can see "Reality" whenever I want, and when I do, it usually makes me want to watch something else.
The Christmas episode of what was one of the top 5, maybe even top 3 shows of all time.

A Christmas Miracle

This is the first time in...well...in forever that my Christmas Tree doesn't involve a stick and a can of chrome spray paint.
It does however, involve finger puppets and Gene Simmons.
I don't even like KISS.

Not only do I remember this car from when I was a kid, everyone remembers this car from when they were a kid.
It's too bad the current owner is such a dick.
Deep down I hope I just caught him on a bad day or something, but you know what they say about first impressions and trusting your instinct.

Strange head

I was moving things around today in a desperate attempt to make room for a Christmas tree & pulled this out of the collection.
Now, I've pieced together kits based on a single drum I owned, which is a totally normal thing to do, but build a drum around a single head?
That'd be dumb.

I just finished bending Mark's ear over at Stylish Kustoms & realized I never posted this picture of Norm Wallace's car....with a top.
I'm guessing this was taken in the mid 70's, perhaps at The Hynes Convention Center (Boston, MA) & I honestly don't know who owned it at the time.
All I know is, it doesn't wear a roof too often.

I have no idea what a pod cast is but WFMU's is freakin' fantastic.
I'll spare you my diatribe about how important stations like WFMU are & how commercial radio will rot your brain.
The commercial doesn't stop when the advertising ends & downloading music didn't kill the record industry...shitty music did.
I won't go on and on about where a program director can cram his demographics if you'll trust me and go here.
