I was saddened by this, too.
What really pisses me off is when people try to tell me that Marilyn Monroe sang "Santa Baby." Ertha Kitt's voice had more sex appeal in one syllable than Monroe's entire vocabulary.
Richie, I definitely think you were born in the wrong era, but yes, very saddening.
